Care & Warranty

Keep your Igloo happy

Your Igloo is 3D printed in rigid PLA plastic — light, tough, and precise. Treat it right and it'll protect your decks for years. Here's everything you need to know.

🧊 Care instructions

🌡️
Keep it out of the heat

This is the big one. PLA softens above ~50 °C / 120 °F. Never leave your Igloo in a hot car, on a dashboard, near a radiator, or in direct summer sun for long periods — it can warp permanently. Room temperature is its favorite place to be.

☀️
Limit long UV exposure

Weeks of direct sunlight can slowly fade colors and make PLA brittle. Indoor shelf? Perfect. Sunny windowsill year-round? Not ideal.

🧼
Clean gently

Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth — mild dish soap if needed. No dishwashers, no hot water, no acetone or harsh solvents. Dry it off before putting cards back in.

🫰
Snap, don't force

The lid and modules are designed to snap together with light, even pressure. If something isn't seating, back off and realign instead of muscling it — printed snap-fits don't like being pried at an angle.

📦
Don't overstuff

The Igloo holds 100+ double-sleeved cards (60+ with the dice box and divider installed). Forcing extra cards in stresses the walls and the lid snap over time.

🎒
Travel smart

The Igloo shrugs off everyday bumps in a backpack. For flights or rough handling, pack it so heavy items can't press directly on the lid, and remember: checked luggage and parked cars get hot.

🛡️ 90-day parts replacement warranty

❄ Included with every order

Every Igloo comes with a 90-day parts replacement warranty, starting the day your order is delivered. If any part breaks or becomes unusable within those 90 days, we'll print and ship you a replacement part — free.

The warranty applies as long as the care instructions above have been followed and the damage isn't intentional. It doesn't cover heat warping from hot cars or direct sun, damage from modifications or misuse, deliberate breakage, or normal cosmetic wear like small scuffs and scratches. We're reasonable people — if something failed and you treated it right, we'll make it right.
