The straight version

📋 What we collect

Only what's needed to build and send your box. When you order through the configurator, we receive:

• Your name and shipping address, so we can send the box, and so we know whether Ohio sales tax applies.
• Your email address, so we can send a confirmation and reach you if there's a problem with the design.
• Your design, the configuration file and a PDF summary of what you built.
• Any artwork you uploaded, at the resolution you provided it, so it prints properly.

We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. There is no login and no account. The configurator saves your in-progress design in your own browser's local storage so you don't lose work on a refresh. That stays on your device and is never sent to us unless you press submit.

🗓️ How long we keep it

Order files (your design, PDF, and uploaded artwork) are stored in cloud storage and deleted automatically 60 days after submission. That window exists so we can reprint if something goes wrong in production or shipping.

Order emails in our inbox, and the payment record Square keeps, follow their own retention. If you want your files deleted sooner, email us and we'll remove them.

🤝 Who else is involved

Four services touch your order, and nothing beyond them:

• Square takes your payment on its own secure checkout page and holds the payment record. We receive your name, shipping address, and the amount paid; never your card number.
• Netlify hosts the site and runs the code that receives your order.
• Cloudflare R2 stores your design files for the 60-day window.
• Resend sends the confirmation email to you and the order notification to us.

None of them are given your data for their own purposes, and we don't sell, rent, or share customer information with anyone else. Your card details go straight to Square and never reach us at all.

🎨 Artwork you upload

When you upload artwork, you're confirming that you have the right to use it. You made it, you own it, you licensed it, or it's genuinely free to use. You keep ownership of it. You're giving us permission to reproduce it for the single purpose of printing your order, and nothing else.

We won't reuse your artwork, resell it, add it to our premade library, or put it in the gallery without asking you first.

We also reserve the right to decline artwork that's hateful, illegal, or that we're simply not comfortable putting our name on. That's rare, and you'll always hear why.

❄️ Our artwork

The premade art library in the configurator belongs to Icy Games Design or is used with permission. The copies shown on this site are watermarked, reduced-resolution previews, there to design with, not to download and reuse. Your box is printed from the clean original.

📦 Orders, changes, and returns

Because every box is made to order from your design, we start printing once your design is confirmed. If you need to change something, tell us as early as possible and we'll do what we can.

Anything that breaks or becomes unusable within 90 days of delivery is replaced free. The full terms are on the Care & Warranty page. Beyond that, because each box is printed to your design, we can't take returns for a change of mind once printing has started; if something arrives wrong or damaged, email us and we'll make it right.

🔑 Your data, your call

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it. Email custom@icygamesdesign.com and we'll sort it out. No forms, no hoops.
